Meet the Queens
Emberlyn Hemmer
Emberlyn Hemmer is excited and proud to represent Nebraska’s Miss Amazing Pre-teen Queen. She may be little, but has got big dreams and an even bigger personality. She believes each and every individual can have big dreams, accomplish anything in life, and make a big difference. She can do anything she sets her mind to, and loves to shine bright where she goes. She is not afraid to stand out, work hard, and show the world exactly who she is. Emberlyn is a member of her school’s choir and is active in all her school’s events and activities.
She loves to sing, dance, talk on her phone, spend time with her family and friends, and create tutorial videos such as make-up, fashion, and daily routines, and they make her feel happy, strong, and confident. Emberlyn loves being an advocate for others, spreading kindness, chasing her dreams, and always leaving a little sparkle wherever she goes. She believes that even the smallest acts of kindness can make a big difference, and everyday it is her goal to be a light in someone’s life. Emberlyn shows that no matter how young you are, your voice matters and every dream is important; and to remind everyone that they are capable of amazing things. Emberlyn not only believes but has proven the impossible is possible. If there is something you want you continue and never give up. When she sees and hears the word disability she looks at the word abilities in disability.
Emberlyn’s family is most important to her and she cherishes every moment with her loved ones.
When she grows she wants to continue to be an advocate for others, help others, and make a difference in her community and in the world. She would like to have a career as a nursing or educational teacher because she wants to make a difference and inspire others to dream big and to never stop reaching for the stars just like her; and to give back to all the nurses, doctors, and teachers that have helped her be who she is today; a brave, confident, fearless, bold, and courageous girl.
